With Rocket salad, toasted brioche and orange confit

 Crayfish tails, baby leaves and a chilli and lime dressing 
(V) Wild Mushroom Bruschetta
Bound in a brandy cream sauce infused with tarragon on a charred ciabatta
Fresh Moules Marinere
Cooked in a white wine garlic cream sauce served with homemade bread

MAINS

Braised Belly of Pork
On creamy dauphinoise potato and a caramelized apple and roast garlic jus
Baked Salema
Filled with lemon and thyme with herbed couscous and sun blushed tomato pesto
(V) Spinach and Ricotta Tortellini
Cooked in a rich Provencal sauce, topped with basil and mozzarella
Pan-fried Chicken Supreme
 Stuffed with brie and pancetta on sautéed potatoes with a roasted pepper coulis
(V) Sun Blushed Tomato Risotto
With artichokes, rocket and asparagus and Parmesan crisps
Char-grilled sirloin steak
With roast vine tomatoes, hand cut chips and homemade onion rings
And a sauce of your choice
Peppercorn, wild mushroom, port wine
All main courses are served with seasonal vegetables
