Roast Sirloin of Beef with Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes and red wine jus

Roasted Leg of Lamb with Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes and a lightly minted gravy

(v) Vegetable and Butternut Squash Risotto with herb dressing and fresh salad

Pan roasted supreme of Red snapper on Mediterranean vegetables and a chilli and coconut cream sauce

(v) Lightly spiced Nut roast rolled in puff pastry served with Yorkshire pudding and vegetarian gravy
